I am interested in optimizing proteomics to identify how cytoskeletal networks provide feedback cues to chemotactic signaling that promote directional sensing of immune cells as they migrate up chemoattractant gradients. I hope to ultimately use these methods to molecularly elaborate signal feedback and crosstalk mechanisms across the chemotactic signaling cascade.
