Kermit Carraway, PhD is Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine and his research is focused on the roles of growth factor receptor regulators and membrane mucins in the initiation and progression of carcinomas using cell culture and genetically engineered mouse models. In addition, novel therapeutic agents are used to dissect and target tumor specific cellular survival pathways.
