Bio

Henry Ho, PhD is Associate Professor of Cell Biology and Human Anatomy in the SOM and studies the biochemical and cellular mechanisms of Wnt5a-Ror signaling, an evolutionarily conserved signaling pathway that controls morphogenetic processes, such as cell migration and adhesion. This pathway has recently emerged as a major driver of cancer metastasis. He aims to identify key receptors and cytoplasmic signaling nodes that are important for signal transduction, and leverage this knowledge to devise potential therapeutic strategies.
