Kit Lam, MD PhD is Distinguished Professor and former Chair of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine in the SOM, and his research focuses on technology development, as well as application of these technologies to basic research and clinical medicine, particularly in developing cancer therapeutics, imaging agents and diagnostics. Ongoing research projects include screening techniques in peptide and small molecule combinatorial chemistry, protein tyrosine kinases, peptide-targeted cancer therapy, and nanotherapeutics for cancer treatment.
