Jacqueline Barlow, PhD is Assistant Professor of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and interested in where and how DNA replication induces damage in proliferating cells, using mouse primary B lymphocytes as a model system. Using a combination of genetics, molecular biology and high-throughput sequencing, she studies hotspots of genomic instability that contribute to lymphomagenesis.
